On July 11, 2017 In Memoriam was performed at the Music and Beyond festival by Marc Djokic, Jasper Wood, David Marks, Julian Armour and Paul Mach. The event took place at First Baptist Church, Ottawa as part of a Canada 150 concert.
The Junior Thirteen Strings ensemble, under the direction of Brigitte Amyot, gave the first performance of In Memoriam on June 30, 2017 at École Trille des Bois, Ottawa, Canada.
On March 17 and 19, 2017, the National Orchestra of Mexico, under the direction of Brazilian conductor Alexandra Arrieche, performed the Garbage Concerto at the Palace of Fine Arts (Palacio de Bellas Artes), Mexico City. Tambuco were the featured soloists. This is the fourth orchestra in Mexico City to perform this piece.

On April 9, 2016 at the MacOdrum Library of Carleton University in Ottawa, Ottawa New Music Creators and the Canadian League of Composers gave a workshop featuring new trios for the unusual combination of flute, tuba and piano. Included was an incomplete new work by Jan Jarvlepp. Performing were Casey Granofsky - flute, Andrew Nowry - tuba and Daniel Medizadeh - piano, also known as the Pft! Trio.

The players were Chenoa Anderson - flute, Beth Levia - oboe, Julianne Scott - clarinet, Allene Hackleman - horn and Matthew Howatt - bassoon. The core of this group is the oboe-clarinet-bassoon ensemble The Windrose Trio.

The concert took place on August 20, 2014 at Arbor Crest Wine Cellars as part of their Soirée on the Edge summer series. According to the conductor "the audience reception was overwhelming. People loved your music...a really positive and rather enthusiastic response."

Playing were cellists Raphael Weinroth-Browne and the composer. The concert was presented by Ottawa New Music Creators, Ottawa's new music organization. They repeated the duets at Jarvlepp's cello student recital which took place the same evening at Woodroffe United Church, Ottawa.

Artist Annika Romeyn drew while the musicians performed, producing a new work which was projected for the audience to see.

On June 7, 2013 the composer's early electroacoustic work Buoyancy was the closing number in Concert II of this new music festival held in the Nineteenth Century Hall of Sforza Castle in Galliate, Italy. This event featured electronic and string instrument sounds which were distributed through multiple acousmatic loudspeakers controlled by Dante Tanzi.

The event took place in a spring concert held in the school's gymnasium. This piece was commissioned by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board as part of the Making Music Project administered by Prof. B. W. Andrews of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Education. What made this educational project unusual is that the students' input was solicited in order to make the kind of piece that interested them.
